I’m thrilled whenever technology steps in and creates a way to help and simplify the legal process for families.
In this case it technology is Apple’s smart new iPhone feature allows those you love access to your iPhone when you die. It’s named Legacy Contact and is a helpful estate planning tool where you can pass on photographs, videos, relatives phone numbers, and other data to 5 people of your choice.
The alternative to this can be a lengthy and costly court process to unlock the phone.
