She also has experience analyzing Internal Revenue Code and Treasury regulations, case law, and IRS rulings relative to estate, gift, income and generation-skipping transfer tax issues. 

Education: 

Samantha received her law degree from Western New England University School of Law. She received her bachelor's degree with honors in Political Science and Criminology from The University of Toronto.
