Samantha Benadiba is skilled in using various estate planning documents to achieve clients’ wealth management goals, reduce estate tax liability and circumvent administration proceedings. She also has experience analyzing Internal Revenue Code and Treasury regulations, case law, and IRS rulings relative to estate, gift, income, and generation-skipping transfer tax issues.

Education: 

Samantha received her law degree from Western New England University School of Law. She received her bachelor's degree with honors in Political Science and Criminology from The University of Toronto.
